• 🔊 Building Noise — This is a generally quiet residential building. Like all London homes, occasional sounds from neighbours are part of authentic city living. The flat itself has good sound insulation and most guests find it peaceful throughout their stay.

• 🅿️ Parking Hours — Free parking is available Mon–Fri from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and all day on weekends. Paid parking applies during restricted hours — plan arrival times accordingly or message us for the nearest free alternatives.

• 🆔 ID Verification — Valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in. This is a standard requirement that helps us maintain the security and quality of the property for every guest.

Your flat includes an air cooler with a 10-litre water tank — much more effective than a regular fan:
1. Fill the water tank (panel on the side of the unit)
2. For extra cooling: take the ice packs from the freezer and place them inside the water tank
3. Select your mode: Cooling · Fan · Natural · Night
4. Use the control panel on the unit or the remote control provided
- Keep windows slightly open for best airflow results
- Empty and dry the tank if leaving for more than 2 days
