2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website.
• A booking is confirmed only after the payment is received in full.

• Any additional charges, such as cleaning fees or security deposits, will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made [2 days] before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [1 day] of the check-in date will receive a [0%] refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 1 day before the check-in date.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
